I bought an LED device from drdennisgross.com, it was great at first. But after a few months, the button started getting finicky, and now it feels like it only turns on when it’s in the mood.
For what this cost, I really expected it to last a lot longer. Customer service was fine, but the device itself just doesn’t seem durable enough, which is frustrating

I tried checking out twice, and both times it froze right after I entered my payment info. There wasn’t any clear error message or anything, so I had no idea what was going on, if that makes sense. After wasting enough time on it, I just gave up and bought it somewhere else.

I really didn’t like how this felt on my skin. It stayed sticky on my face and never seemed to sink in, even after I gave it a while. Maybe that means it was doing something, but to me it just felt like it was sitting there, so I couldn’t get past it.

I grabbed this hoping it would chill out my breakouts, but nope, after about a week my skin had even more bumps. Total bummer and not worth the money for me...

I tried using this for about a week, but my face ended up getting really red and puffy. I have sensitive skin, so maybe it just wasn’t a good match for me. I stopped using it because it was only making things worse. i kind of regret buying it.

I ordered this from drdennisgross.com i was disappointed when it showed up. The photos made it look like it would last a decent amount of time, but the actual size was so much smaller than I expected.
I wasn’t even using it every day, just normally here and there, and it was almost gone before I knew it. I had kind of planned to bring it with me on a trip and figured it would cover me for a while, but nope, that plan was basically ruined because it barely lasted.
The product itself was fine, nothing terrible, but for the price I really expected more. Between the tiny size and how fast it ran out, it just didn’t feel worth it to me. I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

I ordered from Dr. Dennis Gross after hearing a bunch of good things, and I’ll admit the product did feel nice. Shipping was totally fine, and the website was easy to use, so I don’t really have complaints there. Maybe if you’re already obsessed with their stuff it makes sense, but I ended up feeling a little let down

I’m upset because this burned my face badly and left my skin feeling so irritated. I wasn’t expecting anything like this, and I really feel like an apology is warranted here.

I used this for several weeks exactly like the instructions said, my hyperpigmentation looks no different. If anything, my cheeks feel a little drier now. For the price, I really expected to see at least some fading, but I didn’t. Just a heads up if you’re buying it for dark spots, it may not be worth the money. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t purchase it again.

My order arrived with the serum leaked all over the inside of the box. The cap must not have been tightened properly because everything was sticky, and I lost a good amount of product before I even got to try it. For the price, I really expected the packaging to be better. What made it more frustrating was feeling like just a ticket number instead of an actual customer. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll order from the site again.

The return itself was okay. Simple, no big issues there. But the refund... yeah, that took a while. I did get my money back in the end, just slower than I expected.
